- Auto-generate POs from incoming shipments.
- Sync POs with QuickBooks and email to vendors for expense tracking.
📦 Save Shipment as Draft
- Pause and resume large shipments when needed — great for staging complex orders.
🧾 Invoice Enhancements
- Create invoices for pending orders.
- Edit shipping or pricing and click “Update Invoice.”
- Approved invoices now auto-send via QuickBooks.
🏷️ Order & Sales Tracking
- Assign reps on order creation and trigger status notifications.
- Track which user created the order.
